Claudia Biele graduate designer shoot

Last Tuesday the sun came out with perfect timing for my first shoot in ages: a collaboration with local talent in the form make-up artist Sabina Ventriglia and graduate designer Claudia Biele. I rarely shoot in my hometown these days so it was really refreshing and exciting to discover more local people to work with and this fantastic location that Claudia sourced. In order to have the face lit properly this time we used aluminum foil wrapped around a big board, that we held in front of her face. That way you don't lose detail in the face, and still get the gorgeous orange glow behind her. And on top of that it's a very cheap method with maximum effect.</div></div>
